Chavez and Valko is an amazing immigration firm, back in 2013 I had use their services to apply for adjustment of status, during that time some rules were changed with the administration and the attorney decided to wait before submitting the case, they gave me a few options but I decided to wait, what’s amazing is that they refunded me all the money I paid them, that showed me that they care about the people, after that it built a complete thrust in them, in 2022 my wife and I had to doubt where to go to apply for adjustment of status, they help us prepare our cases it was a family petition through my daughter, I received the green card first without an interview, my wife received an RFE and the attorney’s responded back with proper paperwork that was requested, and my wife received her green card after 2 months without an interview, I really appreciate Mr. Martin Valko and all the other attorneys with staff, I highly recommend Chavez and Valko, having a green card has changed everything in our life’s, you have legal rights and can travel and work any where, I really appreciate Chavez and Valko very much, if you need an attorney for your immigration situation call them. I've had a great experience with this law firm. If you feel that something is wrong you can always email the main attorney Martin Valko and you will get a response, but 9 times out of 10 is not the attorneys but the immigration office causing delays. This firm is very thorough with your documentation. Ann Miller and Manuela Quezada were always assisting me with my questions and concerns, and they made the process less painful to go through.
